Shipping Policy for Rushnkur:

**Shipping Times and Processing:**

Shipping guaranteed for orders placed by 2 pm cut off for Monday to Friday orders. The 2 pm cut off may be affected by authorisation delays or any other hold. Orders placed on weekend will be delivered in 2-3 days.

 Most in-stock items at Rushnkur ship within 48 hours of ordering. However, orders placed over the weekend may take up to 72 hours to process. During peak seasons, such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be extended. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed together may not always ship on the same day and may arrive in multiple shipments. **Out-of-Stock Items:**

Occasionally, items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. In such cases, you will be promptly notified with an estimated shipping date. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order placement. If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

**International Shipments:**

We offer international shipping outside the USA international Shipments with extra postage charges. For inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us at Contact@decorbyrushnkur.com.

**P.O. Boxes + APO Boxes:**

 We deliver to PO and APO as well. Shipping via USPS can be done.

**Damage in Transit:**

If you receive an item with physical damage that occurred during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly email us at Contact@decorbyrushnkur.com with photos and an explanation of the damages. Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly.

**Defective Items:**

While slight variations may occur due to the nature of our products, please contact us within 5 days of order delivery if you believe your product has a flaw or defect. Provide images of the items to Contact@decorbyrushnkur.com for review. Once assessed, we will advise you on the next steps.

**Cancellations:**

Orders for in-stock merchandise cannot be cancelled once transmitted to our fulfilment centre. However, if cancellation is not possible, you can return the order for a full refund of the merchandise credit.

**Returns:**

At Rushnkur, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item amount, less shipping charges. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.

**Returning Items:**

To initiate a return, please email Contact@decorbyrushnkur.com with your Order Number or Tracking Number, along with the item details and reason for return. We will provide you with a reference number to include on the package for smooth processing. Returns without an RMA number may incur a processing fee.

**Price Adjustments:**

We offer a one-time price adjustment if items purchased are now on sale within 24 hours of the original order. However, items bought using promotional codes or discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.

**Exchanges:**

You may exchange an item within 7 days of its arrival if you wish to swap it for a different product. Once the returned item is inspected and deemed brand new and in its original condition, we will ship the replacement item. Outgoing shipping costs for exchanged items are covered by us, while return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

**Proof of Purchase:**

Proof of purchase is required for exchanges, credits, or refunds. Accepted forms of proof include gift receipts, email receipts, original packing slips, gift packing slips, or the order number.
